This was a really informative talk thanks Pete. It certainly inspired me to get out there and use the internet more creatively, both in my own work and exploring it to find other people, artists and exciting things. Still haven't quite got into blogging yet, but I'm tweeting reguarly now! Despite the perception of rural areas being low tech and idyllic I think its even more important here to use this technology to connect to people locally as well as the rest of the world, and now we know how thanks to you!
